Welcome to Fit For You! I'm Alysa, a passionate fitness enthusiast with a background in competitive dance and a degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. As a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor, I am dedicated to making pilates accessible for everyone, whether you're seeking a challenging workout or recovering from injuries. Join me for private   sessions, duet training, or in-person classes tailored to your individual needs

Studio owner, Alysa McBergin, is a Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor, trained Barre and Stability Chair Instructor. She IS WORKING TOWARDS A SPECIALIZATION IN PRE AND POST NATAL PILATES. Certified 305 Fitness Instructor. lululemon Legacy.
Instructors

Krissy is a certified Pilates instructor (Barre Body) and Barre instructor (Barre Above) with a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction. with years of barre teaching experience and a background in dance, she brings a highly intentional, education-driven approach to movement and training.

Alysa is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable and determined to help in anyway she can! I have been working with Alysa since December. She helped me get back on track with exercising consistently! Every class Alysa teaches she makes fun and upbeat! While many people gained weight during quarantine, I was able to stay on track and not fall into weight gain! I have taken all of her classes! No two classes are the same! She now offers a 'Fit on Demand Channel' that allows you to watch any of her sessions at anytime! Why Pilates?

Pilates is an effective form of exercise for all bodies and abilities! Pilates is a predominantly core-focused method of exercise.  The core is essentially the ‘powerhouse’ of your body. Focusing on the core has a variety of benefits including the prevention of injury and lessening of pain/discomfort for some individuals. Pilates reformer is a comfortable and effective way to rehab injuries/movement limitations . The reformer can also provide a very athletic workout with a variety of exercises including the use of the cardiotramp. The cardiotramp is a fun way to mix up your workout and get that heart rate up!

Improve body awareness and mindfulness of movement

Improve balance, coordination, and stability
